The GRAPE team aims to improve current knowledge about the epidemiology and impact of interventions for preventing maternal, perinatal, psychiatric, and non-communicable conditions globally. GRAPE also aims to strengthen and build evidence surrounding effective interventions in these research areas.
About GRAPE
The Global Health Research and Training in Non-Communicable Diseases and Perinatal Epidemiology (GRAPE) Program is a multidisciplinary research and training team in the Department of Epidemiology at Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
Led by Drs. Bizu Gelaye and Elizabeth Levey, the program brings together epidemiologists, clinicians, students, and investigators from Harvard Chan School, Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital, and Boston Medical Center, as well as other universities and medical centers in the U.S. and abroad. The program currently conducts research domestically in Boston and abroad in Chile, Peru, Ethiopia, and Thailand.
In addition, the GRAPE team aims to improve current knowledge about the epidemiology and impact of interventions for addressing maternal, perinatal, and non-communicable conditions globally. GRAPE also aims to strengthen and build evidence surrounding effective interventions in these research areas.
